Terms and Conditions

Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will ensure the quality of all merchandise and provide shipping services to our valuable customers.


Services:

  • Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is separate from the purchase price of any of our merchandise.


  • Delivery Service: USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.


  • Shipping Delays: At the conclusion of ordering from Sista Boutique We Got Your Size we'll give the customer an estimate delivery date based upon the shipping information received.  We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect shipping information obtained from the customer, weather, holidays or carrier delays.  We entrust that our shipping partners will deliver your package on time.  If your packages are delayed due to any of these conditions, Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.


  • Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address.  If you made an error in providing the correct information, please contact us immediately before your shipment goes out.  Once your order has already been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order.  There shall be no reimbursement to the customer.  Should the order be returned to our business, we will then notify the customer at their expense.


  • Tracking Your Order: You will be contacted via text or email by an associate from Sista Boutique We Got Your Size.  This information will contain the tracking number confirming that the order has been shipped.  Also included will be a link so that the customer can track their package if there is a problem with the delivery service.


  • Package Confirmation: All customers must sign for their package to verify receipt that their merchandise has been delivered and received.

Return and Refund Policy

Credit Policy:

  • Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will not offer any credit. Payment rendered upon delivery of product. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy: 

  • Sista Boutique We Got Your Size offers no refunds only exchanges and/or store credit. We ask that our customers finalize their order at checkout and make sure that their selections are correct in color, style, size & quantity before completing order.

Exchanges will only be granted due to our discretion and that will be in the form of store credit only. Should credit be approved, the customer must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of purchase
  • Have all tags on clothing and/or accessories still intact
  • Return the items in their original packaging. If the package is opened, it cannot be badly torn or damaged.
  • Clothing and/or accessories must not have been worn, torn, altered or damaged.
  • The clothing must be free of deodorant, perfume, sweat, dirt, stains/smudges, pet hair/odors.
  • The customer will be responsible for returning and shipping merchandise back to Sista Boutique We Got Your Size.

Store Credit:

  • Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will only exchange items for store credit.
  • Store credit will be the same equal value of item(s) purchased by the customer.
  • The customer must notify us within 7 days of purchase after which, store credit cannot be issued.


*Our return/exchange policy does not cover lingerie and swimwear items, they are final sale. No exceptions.
