RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sista Boutique offers “No Refunds” only exchanges and or store credit. We ask that before the customer finalize their order at checkout, they check to make sure that the selections are correct in style, size, color & quantity.
Exchanges will only be made if the items:
· Has not been worn
· Altered or damaged
· Free from stains, deodorant, perfume or odor
· All tags must still be attached to the items being exchanged
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Sista Boutique will only exchange items:
· For store credit
· Store credit will be the same equal value of the item (s) purchased
· The customer must notify Sista Boutique at www.sistaboutiquewegotyoursize.com within 10 days of purchase or ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
We really appreciate your patronage and support of our business but Sista Boutique will not hold any items for customer.
Sista Boutique does not provide lay-away services. All customers must render their entire payment for any order placed before being shipped to its destination.
