- Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will not offer any credit. Payment rendered upon delivery of product. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy:
- Sista Boutique We Got Your Size offers no refunds only exchanges and/or store credit. We ask that our customers finalize their order at checkout and make sure that their selections are correct in color, style, size & quantity before completing order.
Exchanges will only be granted due to our discretion and that will be in the form of store credit only. Should credit be approved, the customer must:
- Notify us within 7 days of purchase
- Have all tags on clothing and/or accessories still intact
- Return the items in their original packaging. If the package is opened, it cannot be badly torn or damaged.
- Clothing and/or accessories must not have been worn, torn, altered or damaged.
- The clothing must be free of deodorant, perfume, sweat, dirt, stains/smudges, pet hair/odors.
- The customer will be responsible for returning and shipping merchandise back to Sista Boutique We Got Your Size.
Store Credit:
- Sista Boutique We Got Your Size will only exchange items for store credit.
- Store credit will be the same equal value of item(s) purchased by the customer.
- The customer must notify us within 7 days of purchase after which, store credit cannot be issued.
